"Wags is awesome. I have used their self wash, and multiple friends have used their grooming services. Brittany & Katie are both fantastic. Instead of taking a bunch of dogs all at once and most of them sitting in crates for hours, they take each dog at a specific appointment time which is less stressful for the dog! Usually the dogs are allowed to roam freely in the enclosed grooming area after they are done. This woman owned business is phenomenal and as a crazy dog mom I would not hesitate to leave my dogs in their care! They also have an awesome selection of retail!"

"WAGS is amazing. I started using their services for my foster a few months ago. They are involved with at least one local rescue organization. The staff is very flexible to meet dog needs. My dog is dog reactive. I call in advance and they place all dogs away from my dog. Price is also reasonable. Everyone is very friendly. I know that my dog is treated well. Also very clean facilities."

"WAGS Charlestown is hands down the best doggy store, groomer, and walking service. Katie and Britt do such a great job with our pup for grooms and they always stock the best locally sourced small business treats. The walking club is amazing, Lindsay clearly knows what she is doing and is so great with dogs. They offer free walks to foster dogs, and never take more than three at a time. Dogs are ALWAYS on their snapchat, and it makes you feel so great as a furparent knowing they are having fun at their friends barkdays, and on walks!"

"I don't even know where to begin! WAGS is incredible. Our 10 month old Bernese Mountain Dog started walking with the WAGS walking club when he was just 14 weeks old. Lindsay and her amazing walking staff take such incredible care of him - always sending pupdates, whether it's a snap or Facebook picture. 

As a crazy dog mom, you want someone who adores your dog as much as you do when you can't be there during the day. That is exactly what WAGS does! They really love all of the dogs they walk and it shows! Lindsay is incredibly flexible with scheduling and extremely easy to reach if anything is ever needed! I can't say enough good things about her as a business owner and fellow dog lover! 

We've done both staff washes and grooms for our pup a few times and he always comes back looking great! Britt and Katie are wonderful - along with all of the other staff that have bathed our dog! Britt even checked in on me when I came to give our puppy his very first bath - I had my hands full and she was totally willing to step in and help out if need be.

"Can't say enough good things about WAGS! I have an anxious pup and knowing he is in their loving care means so much!

Getting set up as a walking client was super easy. Lindsey came by the apartment to meet him in 'his space' and see the layout. He gets walked 2x/week and usually has the same 2-3 walkers (which is great since he can be shy with new people!). A lot of times he walks with 1 other dog friend, but you can ask for individual walks, too. I love seeing the notes his walkers leave. Plus, you can pay your invoices online which is so much easier than having checks/cash handy.

We've also had great grooming experiences! Before we moved to Charlestown, a groomer had left him with a few bad cuts so I was really apprehensive. But he has always come out of WAGS looking great AND totally happy, which is most important. Brittany and Katie really listen to what you want and are so good to him. 

So happy to have this gem nearby!"
